Common questions
How is bandwidth metered?
We use 95th percentile billing on 5-minute samples, measured at the port level. Inbound and outbound are metered separately, and you are billed on the higher of the two.
Is DDoS mitigation included?
Yes. All IP Transit & Ethernet and DDoS Mitigation services include unlimited always-on mitigation at no additional cost. Attack traffic is scrubbed inline and does not count toward your commit.
What contract terms are available?
We offer monthly, annual, and multi-year terms. Longer commitments come with lower per-Gbps pricing. Month-to-month is available at a premium.
Can I deploy at multiple locations?
Yes. Your commit is pooled across all PoPs. You can establish cross-connects at any of our 32 global locations and distribute traffic as needed.
Do you provide SLAs?
All services come with a 99.999% uptime SLA backed by service credits. DDoS mitigation includes a time-to-mitigate SLA of under 10 seconds for volumetric attacks.
How quickly can I get connected?
Cross-connects are typically delivered within 5-10 business days depending on the facility. GRE/IPsec tunnel-based onboarding can be provisioned same-day.
What happens when I submit an emergency request?
Our 24/7 NOC team is alerted immediately. We will contact you within minutes to begin mitigation. GRE/IPsec tunnel-based onboarding can be provisioned same-day, and attack traffic is scrubbed from the moment we establish connectivity.
