Founding Seats

Launch terms, and a say in where we build next

A founding seat is a position in the first customer group: launch pricing held for the initial term, reserved capacity, and direct access to the engineers running the network. Seats are limited on purpose and released in waves.

The second half matters more if your market is not on our map yet. Nobody should sit waiting for us to finish a footprint. Register the commit behind a location and it becomes a scheduling decision instead of a someday.

How allocation works

01

Register your commit

Tell us the market, the shape of the deployment, and how you would connect. It costs nothing, it is not binding, and it takes a few minutes.

02

We weight the queue

Ranked on when your application arrived and how well it fits: location, connectivity model, workload, and what the network handles well today.

03

Seats release in waves

A finite number of seats opens per region at a time, rather than one large cap. When a wave fills, the next one opens later.

04

Demand schedules the build

For markets we have not built, registered commit is what triggers a build. Once a market clears its threshold we commit to a window and publish the date here.

Applications that do not make a wave keep their original date and roll into the next one, so applying early is worth something even when seats are gone. We will tell you where you stand rather than leaving you to guess.

Seats by market

Live markets take seats now. Everything else is demand-gated: when registered commit clears the threshold for a market, we schedule the build and publish the target date here. Until then we would rather show no date than a fictional one.

Live core

Seats open

Seats here are live capacity. Onboarding starts as soon as the paperwork is done, not when a build finishes.

What a seat carries

01

Launch rate, locked

Held through the initial term and honoured at renewal, regardless of what standard pricing does later.

02

Reserved capacity

Your committed capacity is planned for, headroom included, rather than treated as statistical oversubscription.

03

Direct engineering access

A channel to the people who run routing, filtering, and the dataplane, not a tiered support queue.

04

Roadmap weight

Founding demand decides which markets get built, and in what order.

05

Early access

New locations, capacity, and carrier additions reach founding customers first.

06

Outcome-based terms

Commitments written around availability and attack leakage at an agreed measurement point.

Apply for a founding seat

Include the market you need, roughly what you would commit, how you would connect, and when you need it live. If you are registering demand for somewhere we have not built, say which market and what volume sits behind it.

Registering is free and non-binding. We respond within one working day, and we will tell you plainly if the current network is the wrong fit rather than take the commitment anyway.
